Yogachilates is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. The goal of this class is to help you develop static balance, dynamic balance, core strength and flexibility.
This class gives you the benefits of all three Mind/Body Practices in a in a single fifty-minutes class, instead of having to take three different classes. It begins with Yoga and ends with Tai Chi, leaving you invigorated, focused, and relaxed.
is a system of Yoga that targets the twelve prime meridians of Chinese Medicine. It comprises a total of twenty-four posture. The first twelve postures is called "Salute to Heaven".
The second twelve postures is called "Salute to Earth". Together the twenty-four postures seek to open the meridians and restore balance to the body. It also improves strength, stamina, and suppleness, especially in the pelvic girdle.
Pilates Essentials is a series of exercises taken from the Classical Pilates Mat Repertoire. It excludes redundancy and contra-indicated movements and postures to deliver a full body workout that is safe and effective. The abbreviated time makes it ideal to perform at home and on the road.
Cheerful Mind Tai Chi offers classes and certifications in Yang Style Tai Chi 108 forms and Yang Style Tai Chi 24 forms and Mat Tai Chi. Victor Wilson is a nine-year disciple of the late Marshall Ho'o, the first Tai Chi master to be inducted into the Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame. He has been practicing Tai Chi for over thirty-six years and teaching for more than thirty years.
Mat Tai Chi is a form of Tai Chi developed from the Yang Style Tai Chi 108 forms. It was designed to be performed facing forward on a mat. It was created by Victor Wilson to facilitate the teaching of Tai Chi in Fitness Clubs, making it more accessible to their members. There is both a long and short version of this of new style.
