Mat Tai Chi is a form of Tai Chi developed from the Yang Style Tai Chi 108 forms. It was designed to be performed facing forward on a mat. It was created by Victor Wilson to facilitate the teaching of Tai Chi in Fitness Clubs, making it more accessible to their members. There is both a long and short version of this new style.
